Asthma is a chronic disease associated with lungs which blocks the air passages. The airways of persons suffering from this disease are inflammed. The symptoms of asthma are different for adults and childrens. Usually the symptoms are mild in nature but, if not prevented properly they may lead to very serious problem.

Any child caught in asthma has the tendency to cough vigorously, which prevents them from breathing properly. So it is advised to those who are infected with asthma to limit their selves from doing cardiovascular activities because it will be very critical on their health. People who have asthma must have a good routine and prevent themselves from tiring physical activities. Having asthma is really frustrating especially if you are in an athlete field, and you were not allowed to join because you have asthma problems.
